About the BoHos

LET YOUR GUESTS BE THE JUDGE

Created by International Hospitality Media’s popular industry publication Boutique Hotel News in partnership with leading guest feedback and online reputation management specialist GuestRevu, the Boutique Hotel Guest Experience Awards, or BoHos, form part of the Boutique + Lifestyle Hotel Summit, which takes place annually in London.

The BoHos reward boutique, lifestyle and hybrid hotels which provide the very best in guest experiences. They are unique in that the winners are not decided by judges, academics or social popularity contests and votes, but by the people who matter most – each hotels' own guests.

A combination of the following is taken into account when calculating a hotel's overall score:

  • Online reviews from review sites and booking engines worldwide
  • Direct guest feedback gathered via email questionnaires

This gives a complete and unbiased picture of the guest experience provided at each participating hotel.

If you would like to participate, but don’t have a guest feedback solution in place, the BoHo Awards’ official partner, GuestRevu, is offering participants complimentary use of their software for the duration of the awards.
